Food and Mood Freedom 101
The information you learn in your individual psychotherapy and nutrition therapy sessions can also be experienced in a group format. In groups, you will hear other members' experiences with struggles similar to yours. You will learn from each other about different strategies to manage your struggles. Being present together with others in a group also offers support and accountability as you become familiar with each other. Many times members have continued their relationships even after the groups have ended.
These groups are also available to healthcare professionals who want to learn about managing anxiety, depression, and emotional eating from a mental health and functional nutrition perspective.
