Well as a mental health professional, I work with individuals to identify the root causes of their struggles- whether it be about anxiety, depression, emotional eating, or hating their bodies.
Psychotherapy will address roots such as trauma, stressors, neurotransmitter imbalances, and emotional self-care. You will learn to use tools and skills to challenge thoughts, feelings, and past experiences that are driving your mood changes, negative self-talk, negative body talk, and distorted views and behaviors around food and eating. These changes will be enjoyable, acceptable, and sustainable and give you back the time and energy to live the life you deserve!
