Who is it for?
An adult who:

has the recovery tools and skills but needs a professional facilitator, and a group of like-minded adults to stay focused.

wants to feel more positive about themselves and their bodies.

has no or limited supports to help them in recovery.
-
needs a place to practice managing triggers to their emotional eating behaviors.
-
has undergone a gastric bypass procedure but still needs to address underlying root causes of emotional eating.
-
needs help to identify and stay focused on the values and purpose guiding their recovery.
-
needs support and accountability as they step down from Intensive Outpatient Treatment Programs.
